Who was MAX?
Yitzchak Schiller, code-named “Max,” served with unconditional dedication in the Israeli Special Forces, the Shin Bet, and the Mossad from the ages 18 to 29.
In 1992, he was killed in an airplane crash near Paris.
In Max’s honor, the MAX Security team has undertaken a commitment of outstanding service, professionalism, creative thinking, and uncompromising loyalty to each client served.

Dror Becker
Chief Executive Officer
As CEO of MAX, Dror leverages his diverse experience from roles like COO at Ashtrom Group, where he managed the Jerusalem light rail project, and leadership in Israel’s credit card industry with Yatzil Finance LTD. A former Israeli Air Force helicopter pilot, Dror also led significant AI-related military projects. He holds a BA in Economics from Tel Aviv University.
Noam J. Schiller
Founder & President
Noam stands as a pillar in counter-terrorism and intelligence, having shaped IDF Special Forces and ISA agents through extensive training. With over 25 years in defense, his leadership has made MAX a global security force, establishing key hubs across Europe, the Middle East, South Asia, and Africa. Noam is an ISA Academy alumnus and holds a BA in Industrial and Product Design from Bezalel Academy of Art and Design.
Eyal Ben-Shaul
Partner, Asia CEO
Eyal’s career spans over two decades in global security, highlighted by his role as MAX Asia’s CEO since 2008. A former Major in the Israeli Commando Special Forces, Eyal specializes in executive protection, crisis management, and customized training. His leadership tackles unique risk management challenges across international and Asian corporate sectors. Eyal holds a BA in Business Management from The College of Management, Rishon Le-Zion.
Tzahi Shraga
Chief Intelligence Officer
A former lieutenant colonel in Israeli intelligence, Tzahi brings 29 years of operational intelligence experience. His expertise in strategic, risk, and counter-terrorism analysis has been crucial in making MAX Security a leader in innovative intelligence operations. A recipient of the Military Intelligence Directorate’s Prize for Creative Thinking, Tzahi holds an MA in Law and a BA in Middle East Studies.
Eyal Offer
Chief Operations Officer
A former Major in the Israeli special forces, Eyal has gained vast and diverse operational experience during more than 15 years of activity in the security field. He has led and planned hundreds of executive protection, crisis management, evacuation and special sensitive assignments worldwide. Eyal has helped develop MAX Operations Division’s ability to recognize and address volatile situations through high-end operations management and risk assessment capabilities.
Ori Mor
VP of Business Development
Ori holds a BA in History and Communications and after four years in the IDF’s Special K-9 unit, he went through Anti-Terrorism training and became a security team leader in the Director of Security of the Defense Establishment, gaining vast knowledge from the ground up. He joined MAX in 2018, working together with MAX’s Operations, Intelligence, and Consulting Divisions, supporting clients’ activity during routine and emergency situations worldwide.
Shachar Kenion
Chief, Special Ops & Strategic Clients
With over 20 years in international security, Shachar has led operations for multinationals, governments, and high-profile individuals. A former Israeli Special Forces member, he has held management roles with Shin Bet and served as an Air Marshall with El Al. Shachar also provided close protection for Israeli diplomatic delegations, coordinating complex assignments. He is a registered advocate with an LLB from Netanya Academic College.
Oshrat Kazaz-Kholmyansky
Chief Financial Officer
Oshrat’s extensive experience in finance and accounting gives her a unique perspective on the complexities of multi-national financial management. Prior to joining MAX, Oshrat held key executive positions at a number of major public and private companies. She also served as manager of financial audits at Price Waterhouse Coopers, where she deftly managed audits for a diverse range of companies working by both U.S. and Israeli accounting standards. Oshrat is a registered C.P.A. and holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the Israeli College of Management.
Oded Berkowitz
Deputy Chief Intelligence Officer
Oded holds a B.A. in Government, Diplomacy, and Strategy, and an M.A. in Counter-Terrorism and Homeland Security from the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya, Israel. A Captain in the IDF, he served from 2005 to 2010 in training and combat roles, earning the ‘Outstanding Officer of the Year’ award from Brig. General Avi Ashkenazi. Since joining MAX in 2014, Oded has held roles including Regional Director of the MENA Division and now serves as Deputy Chief Intelligence Officer.
Liat Levy
VP Academy & Special Intelligence
Liat, a former lieutenant colonel in Israeli intelligence, brings 27 years of experience in operational and methodological intelligence. She has commanded strategic research units and authored a guide on intelligence methodologies, tools, and techniques for assessments and forecasts. At MAX, she develops specialized training solutions and tailored courses, while also directing a think tank for corporate intelligence strategies. Liat holds an MBA, a BA in Middle East Studies, and a teaching diploma in Democracy and Political Education.
Robert J. Kasdon
Senior Vice President, North America
Rob has 45+ years of law enforcement and corporate security experience, including serving as a police officer in Virginia and for 21 years in the U.S. Secret Service. His most memorable assignments include serving on the Protective Detail for President Ronald Reagan and being the Agent in Charge of the Detail for Tipper Gore. Following the Secret Service, he headed security for the Seagram Company and later for the New York Mets. He represents MAX throughout North America.
