Join our team as a manager in the Tactical Intelligence Division of MAX Security in Tel Aviv, Israel! You’ll work closely with analysts and collaborate with senior intelligence and operational managers to produce real-time, actionable intelligence for high-level clients. What You’ll Do:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of an international, diverse team in a global environment

• Write and edit intelligence reports using an all-sources approach

• Provide real-time operational information and recommendations to on-the-ground security teams

• Coordinate with high-level, sensitive clients across multiple sectors to understand and adjust to specific requests and requirements

• Oversee the training of new analysts and the continued education of senior analysts

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Native or high-level proficiency in written and spoken English

• Military experience in a combat or field intelligence unit including extensive command experience or parallel experience in government intelligence services (Ministry of Defense, National Security Council, IDF, Mossad Shabak) (preference for combat commanders / officers)

• Experience working and managing an operational / intelligence team under pressure

• Ability to analyze and integrate data from multiple sources simultaneously and in real-time

• Extensive experience with OSINT (especially SOCMINT), VISINT, and associated tools

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• An undergraduate degree is minimally required. Relevant fields of study (such as international relations, security studies, political science, journalism, etc.) are an advantage.

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• HUMINT experience including agent handling

• Additional languages (aside from English and Hebrew)
